Building a Mindful Plate: A mindful plate is an expression of creativity, a canvas of nutritional diversity that engages our senses. By curating visually appealing, nutritionally rich meals, we deepen our connection with the food on our plates.





Recipe: Colorful Quinoa Salad Bowl Ingredients:

• 1 cup cooked quinoa

• 1 cup mixed greens

• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

• 1/2 cucumber, sliced

• 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

• Balsamic vinaigrette dressing


Instructions:

1. Arrange cooked quinoa as the base in a bowl.

2. Add mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.

3. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

4. Toss gently and enjoy mindfully.
