The Magic of Gut-Healing Broth: Gut-healing broth, often infused with nutrient-rich vegetables, herbs, and bones, is a cornerstone in promoting a healthy gut lining. Its comforting warmth provides a gentle hug for our digestive system.






Recipe: Homemade Gut-Healing Broth Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1 onion, quartered

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 inch ginger, sliced

  • 1 bunch parsley

  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns

  • 2 bay leaves

  • 8 cups water


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large pot.

  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2-3 hours.

  3. Strain the broth, discarding solids.

  4. Enjoy the broth on its own or use it as a base for soups and stews.
