Recipe: Digestive Bliss Tea


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chamomile flowers

  • 1 tablespoon peppermint leaves

  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds

  • 1 slice ginger

  • Honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Place the chamomile flowers, peppermint leaves, fennel seeds, and ginger slice in a teapot.

  2. Pour hot water over the ingredients.
