Kombucha isn't just a beverage; it's a probiotic-rich elixir that invigorates our gut health. With its unique tang and effervescence, Kombucha has become a beloved companion on our journey to wellness.


Recipe: Homemade Kombucha


Ingredients:

  • 1 SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast)

  • 1 cup starter tea from a previous batch of Kombucha

  • 4 black tea bags

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • Filtered water


Instructions:

  1. Brew the black tea, dissolve the sugar, and let it cool.

  2. In a glass container, combine the tea, starter tea, and SCOBY.

  3. Cover with a breathable cloth and secure with a rubber band.

  4. Allow it to ferment for 7-30 days, depending on taste preference.

  5. Bottle and refrigerate before enjoying.
